I discovered my ‘calling’ in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) after earning my Masters in Education and Bachelors in Psychology. Over fifteen years later, after working as an ABA clinician providing direct services and case supervision and then as a Regional Director and Executive Director with ages, individuals, and institutions of all ranges, I started Ojala Educational and Behavior Consulting so I could focus on the work that I believe matters the most and needs expertise.

There is no one-size-fits-all for behavior and learning environments, and I know how challenging that can be for someone to navigating special developmental, educational, and mental health needs. What I can offer is relief and paths to progress through my years of experience backed with science-based solutions that are sensitive to each unique individual. I believe all people need different solutions in different contexts, and work to provide choices to those who care for them.

My approach is collaborative and flexible. I listen to needs & challenges, study them from all viewpoints, and offer a range of solutions for consideration.
